Notice that my fat calories and
carb calories just about equal each other. I wonder if it is this mix that
has caused my metabolism to function properly. No matter what I eat, the
ratio seems to stay the same. |

Also, notice that the ratio is 2
grams of carbs to every 1 gram of fat. 60% of my diet consist of carb grams,
but they are equal when you look at their caloric contribution. Interesting
indeed. |
